PYA Educational Advocacy runs programme that give young people the opportunity to expand their educational background and experiences to dominate their environment. we believe that bringing youths together help them to learn about each other and teaches teaches them moral values needed in the society. we work with youth in many field on our effort to make them worthwhile and responsible young men and women and participate in community building. through our partners, we contribute to the formal and informal educational development of community.
P.Y.A also help youths to meet their peers within and outside their community and share Ideas on education matters, culture, arts, sport and other activities that exposes youths. We also help youths to challenge stereotypes and build racial tolerance. through P.Y.A skill centre, we help youths develop skill which improve their economic and social background:
Our current project is an expanding awareness on HIV/AIDS with the book hiv/aids and you knowing more about the pandemic....this book is primarially for youths between the ages of 9 to 26 years, it will treat the following issues concerning HIV/AIDS. 1. what you should know about HIV/AIDS infections. 2. how to prevent yourself from HIV/AIDS. 3. How to care, and view people living with HIV/AIDS. 4. The importance of sex education to youths..
